AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

Join our Data Science team as an AI/ML Engineer where you'll develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models. You'll work on challenging problems across various domains including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics, directly impacting our clients' business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production environments
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering
• Implement and optimize deep learning algorithms using TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Build and maintain ML pipelines for model training and deployment
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability
• Monitor model performance and implement improvements
• Research and implement cutting-edge ML techniques and algorithms
• Document models, processes, and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning and AI
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with NLP and/or Computer Vision
• Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms
• Experience deploying models in production environments
• Strong mathematical and statistical background
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment platforms
• Knowledge of transformer architectures and LLMs
• Experience with Azure ML or AWS SageMaker
• Published research papers or conference presentations
• Experience with reinforcement learning
