About the Role
As a Product Manager at Devaicon, you'll drive product strategy and execution for our enterprise solutions. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders
- Create and maintain product roadmaps
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with UX/UI designers to create optimal user experiences
- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to inform decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching products
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven decision-making approach
- Experience with product analytics tools
- Technical background or ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience in enterprise SaaS products
- Background in AI/ML products
- Certification in product management (CSPO, CPM)
- Experience with design thinking workshops
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes
